WATCH: Gronk is dancing on his ‘Party Ship’ and it is spectacular

You’ve seen New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski dance before, but never like this.

On “Gronk’s Party Ship,” which promised a ridiculous number of activities en route to “Gronk Island” in the Bahamas, Rob and his entire family are dancing to the musical stylings of Flo Rida and Waka Flocka Flame.

No, wait, dancing isn’t the right word. More like being an intensely focused ball of energy where the amount of jumping, thrusting, gyrating, twisting, and everything else is limited only by his imagination.

Latergram: Gronk is very serious about his offseason dance training program. #MardiGronk

Patriots fans watching these videos are probably equally amused and nervous that Gronk is having too much fun and may accidentally injure himself in the process.

Fear not, Gronk is a seasoned pro at having a good time.

Jared Allen announces retirement in epic Twitter post

The hot new trend on the internet is NFL players announcing their retirements in creative ways on Twitter.

First, it was Marshawn Lynch.

Now it’s Jared Allen, who is LITERALLY riding a horse into the distance on Twitter.

Allen thanked his fans for a wonderful 12 year career, then expressed disappointment that he wasn’t riding off into the sunset for the simple reason that there was no sunset at time of filming.

Retirement is always a sad moment for fans and players alike, but these creative announcements are at least a nice parting gift for us.
